GaGa Shoppers — Terms of Use

Legal review required before production publication. The storefront operator must approve these terms, identify the responsible business entity, and publish a customer support contact method.

1. Scope of service

GaGa Shoppers provides a shopping and product discovery experience. Some products and checkout links lead to external sellers, suppliers or payment platforms. Before buying, review the applicable listing, pricing, shipping destination, taxes, payment terms and merchant information displayed at checkout.

2. Accounts and security

You must give accurate registration information, maintain the security of your account, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account except where applicable law provides otherwise. You may not attempt unauthorized account access or misuse the service.

3. Product descriptions and orders

Product availability, prices, shipment eligibility and delivery times may vary by destination and supplier. Any order is governed by the terms disclosed by the merchant and payment platform at the point of purchase. GaGa Shoppers does not guarantee product availability or delivery to every country.

4. Returns, refunds, and disputes

Review the merchant's return and refund rules before payment. For orders completed through external checkout, use the purchase confirmation and merchant support information for order-specific requests. Mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, scrape protected accounts, compromise security, submit false information or engage in unlawful or fraudulent transactions.

6. Service updates

Service features and these terms may change. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means. Continuing to use features subject to updated terms may require further acceptance.

7. Legal rights

Nothing in these terms restricts legal rights that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable to a consumer or a transaction. Specific merchant terms may apply to purchases completed on other sites.
